Leucine is an essential branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) that acts as a potent activator of the TOR signaling pathway.

L-Leucine Improves Ovarian Reserve & AMH
By stimulating mTORC1, leucine supports the transition of dormant primordial follicles into growing follicles, thereby sustaining ovarian reserve utilization and function.

Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) is secreted by granulosa cells of small growing follicles.Leucine enhances granulosa cell metabolism and synthesis.
